At Center Church, we believe that Jesus should be the core of everything we do, both as individuals and as a community. That’s why we’ve chosen the term Core Groups to reflect our deep commitment to placing Christ at the center of our lives, families, and church. Led by Pastors Hener and Cindy Sison, our Core Groups exist to help us connect, cultivate, and cast the love and mission of Jesus into every season of life.

CONNECT

True connection begins when we root our lives in Jesus. In our Core Groups, we don’t just connect with each other, but we connect our lives to Christ, the true source of life and transformation. As we meet together, we strive to deepen our relationship with Jesus, knowing that He is the foundation of every aspect of our lives. In this place of connection, we grow in our understanding of His love, grace, and truth, and are encouraged to live out our faith with intention and purpose. 

CULTIVATE

Discipleship is at the heart of our spiritual growth. In our Core Groups, we focus on cultivating lives that are shaped by God’s Word and by a commitment to Biblical discipleship. Through teaching, study, and application of Scripture, we are called to grow in maturity and to model our lives after Jesus. As we sharpen one another, we encourage each other to live out our faith practically, bearing fruit that reflects the love and character of Christ. 

CAST

As we grow in our faith, we are called to share the hope and love of Christ with the world around us. Our Core Groups are places where we’re equipped to cast God’s love into our neighborhoods, workplaces, and beyond, living out the Great Commission in practical ways.
