Metanoeō

metanoeō:

1. to change one's mind, i.e. to repent

2. to change one's mind for better, heartily to amend with abhorrence of one's past sins

It doesn’t mean change my selection. It means changing our mind about the way we live. 

Met-an-ah-a-o moves us to no longer walk in the flesh but walk in the Spirit
